ECS Chef Taylor Matheny, is  a fitness model and personal Chef. She has  worked in Las Vegas, Houston, and Los Angeles as a personal Chef. Specializing in Healthy cuisine and has several years of experience with food presentation and timley process. In a recent interview she stated " Not only do I love food and cooking but I am certified in Sports Nutriiton and personal Training as well. I have trained and cooked for top athletes and celebrities. I have also filmed 2 pilots for the Food Network and the Cooking Channel for my own show's."

As Taylor delves into new cusine and helping other she looks forward to embracing new oppotunitys though the ECS collective.
