The recent wine tasting event I did at Philbrook, centered around food and wine pairings, was totally awesome - mainly due to Chef Alex's expertise and creativity behind the plate!
He took the wines I wanted to serve and created the most awesome pairings. He is truly one of Tulsa's finest chefs and I foresee a great future for him and look forward to working with him whenever I can!

Alex thank-you for sponsoring and assisting us in so many ways making this year's Respect Your Body Week the best it has ever been. The wide variety of healthy treats you had available for sampling raised the awareness of our students that healthy can be really, really tasty too. Your hands on work ethic and serving heart as well as your enthusiasm endured you to our students. We look forward to next years health events. We couldn't have asked for a nicer evening enjoying the company of our guests and Alex and his staff. The food that Alex prepared was delicious and appropriate for the occasion we were having. Alex was so obliging, going almost overboard to make sure each course of the meal met with our expectation.

I was somewhat reluctant from the beginning to have someone come to my home that we knew nothing about. I can honestly say, without reservation, I would welcome Alex and his staff back into my home and would highly recommend to any other they allow Alex the opportunity of making their special occasion memorable.
Happy Dining,
Mark Cohlmia
