Tea Smoked Salmon with a Honey and Wasbi Drizzle

Tea Smoked Salmon with a Honey and Wasabi Drizzle Side Salmon or Fillet! Soak for ten minutes in Salted water pat dry and rest on cooling rack. On base of sheet pan add 1 cup sugar, 2 orange Peels, 3 Anise Stars,  3 packets or 8 0z of Tea, Build a Foil Dome or a domed wok that will allow for circulation of smoke. Secure smartly around pan and turn on all Ventilation.
  Turn on high heat for 10 min for full side of salmon and 1/4 heat for another 10 min and let rest. Serve this on a Mirror or Granite  section add Drizzle and offer a side near garnish! Honey and Wasabi Drizzle! 1/2 cup Sour Cream 3 tsp honey > 2 tsp Wasabi powder or root Mix and let rest add spoon for dollops
